Shipping & Returns

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Delivery of the "available" items: 48 hours to order for payment by credit card, 48 hours to receive credit, 72 hours in case of payment by bank transfer.

For items "on reservation" delivery time 10/20 days after advance payment.

The prices of the material are to consider franco ns. center and are inclusive of VAT. No minimum of order is required.

           

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

For unavailable items you will be notified shortly after your request on the day of availability in order to arrange payment and subsequent shipment.

Payment by bank transfer: it requires sending copy payment by email snatchflag@gmail.com to speed up shipping times.

DELIVERY TIME

The products will be shipped as indicated on the check-out page of the website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of receipt of products that do not conform to orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER is entitled to request the replacement of the product. The CUSTOMER may exercise this right if the defect is manifested at the delivery of the goods and reports the defect to INFINITY SPORT srls within 14 days of discovery and no later than 10 days of use. 

Subsequently, the CUSTOMER must send an e-mail to our customer service snatchflag@gmail.com specifying the order number and the problem encountered.

INFINITY SPORT srls, in case it is found the real defect or non-conformity of the product, will communicate if the same product can be replaced according to availability.

All expenses for replacement will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

In case of withdrawal for the reasons stated above INFINITY SPORT srls will not recognize the refund to the customer of the amount paid, but eventually a voucher will be issued to spend within 12 months of purchase.

EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL 

If you back out this contract, you will be granted a voucher of the same amount, less the costs of return/replacement.

You are responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the good other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

In the event that the customer, for his personal reasons, is unable to get delivered the product ordered by the courier or is not in a position to collect the product at pick-up points, after notice from the courier, the shipping costs are at its sole expense and if the product can be refunded (see exclusions to withdrawal) the shipping costs will be deducted.

EXCLUSIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by art.59 of the Consumer Code:

 

1)  the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized;

 

 

2)  the supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.

3) products that have been ordered exclusively for the CUSTOMER upon his specific indication by mail or messages.

  • SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data of which INFINITY SPORT srls will be in possession are collected directly by the interested party when filling in the form.
